When it come to designing a home to be thermally comfortable, well ventilated and low energy the leading design framework is Passive House. This performance benchmark and certification tool is gaining increasing traction in Australia through the great work of many pioneers in the industry and leading efforts by the Australian Passive House Association.

We are targeting Passive House performance and three of the members of our design team are Passive House Certified Designers.

Achieving Passive House certification will require careful attention to air tightness, thermal bridges, glazing performance and orientation, condensation management and ventilation systems.
